Sonic Youth
Amazing: Sonic Youth playing Death Valley 69 at Matador at 21. Probably the highlight of the weekend for me!

Lotus of Siam
If you're ever in Vegas, I highly recommend hitting Lotus of Siam for some Thai food. Easily the best meal I've had this year!

The New Pornographers
One of the highlights of the weekend was catching a performance of the The New Pornographers, complete with Neko Case and Dan Bejar, which isn't always the case these days. Hearing Neko belt out Letter from an Occupant was one of the better moments of the weekend.
